1. Quiénes somos

Esta Política de Privacidad describe cómo GBS Group, Inc., GBS Consulting Group, Inc. y GBS Consultants, Inc. 2. Información que recopilamos

Los datos de su tarjeta son recibidos directamente por nuestro procesador de pagos y nunca llegan a nuestros servidores; conservamos solo referencias de la transacción.

La que se recopila automáticamente cuando navega por el Sitio, mediante cookies y tecnologías similares: dirección IP, datos del navegador y dispositivo, páginas visitadas, interacciones con la página y el origen de su visita (incluidos parámetros de campañas publicitarias). 4. Con quién la compartimos

5. Publicidad: compartición de datos con Meta

Para medir la eficacia de nuestra publicidad y mostrar anuncios relevantes en las plataformas de Meta (Facebook e Instagram), el Sitio y nuestros sistemas comparten con Meta Platforms, Inc.:

6. Cookies

8. Sus derechos

1. Who we are

This Privacy Policy describes how GBS Group, Inc., GBS Consulting Group, Inc. and GBS Consultants, Inc. (collectively, the "Firm"), operating under the LLC Hub brand, collect, use, share and protect the personal information of users of the llchub.us website (the "Site") and of the company formation and maintenance, ITIN processing and related services we offer (the "Services"). This Policy supplements the Master Services Agreement and the Terms of Service published on the Site.

2. Information we collect

Information you provide directly when completing our forms or engaging the Services: identification and contact details (name, email, phone number, country and state); details of the company to be formed or maintained (proposed names, state of formation, structure, member or shareholder details, business address); the tax and identification data each filing requires (for example, for an ITIN or an EIN); and the content of your communications with us. Your card details are received directly by our payment processor and never reach our servers; we retain only transaction references.

Information collected automatically as you browse the Site, through cookies and similar technologies: IP address, browser and device data, pages visited, on-page interactions, and the source of your visit (including advertising campaign parameters). Our analytics tools may create replayable records of your interaction with the Site's pages in order to improve the user experience; form fields containing personal data are masked in those records. If you reach the Site through an affiliate's link, we record that referral to attribute the corresponding commission.

3. How we use it

1. To provide the Services you engage and communicate with you about your filings.
2. To process payments through our payment processors.
3. To handle your inquiries and manage the business relationship in our customer relationship management (CRM) system, including, where applicable, commercial communications you may opt out of at any time.
4. To measure and improve the Site through web analytics.
5. For advertising and its measurement, including personalized advertising on Meta platforms (Section 5).
6. To prevent fraud and abuse and protect the Site.
7. To comply with legal obligations, including those arising from filings made with state and federal authorities of the United States.

We do not sell your personal information.

4. Who we share it with

We share personal information only with: (i) the service providers that need it to operate the Site and deliver the Services — our CRM and email provider, our analytics and fraud-prevention tools, and our infrastructure and security providers — each subject to its own data processing obligations; (ii) our payment processors — Stripe, Inc. (cards) and GoCardless Ltd. (ACH bank debits) — which receive payment data directly; (iii) the state and federal authorities before which the engaged filings are executed (for example, state divisions of corporations or the IRS), to the extent each filing requires; (iv) Meta, as described in Section 5; and (v) other companies of the Firm, where the engaged service so requires.

We do not share your contact details with the affiliate who referred you. Our providers are located primarily in the United States; by using the Site from another country, you understand that your data will be transferred to and processed in the United States.

5. Advertising: data sharing with Meta

To measure the effectiveness of our advertising and show relevant ads on Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram), the Site and our systems share with Meta Platforms, Inc.:

• Browsing events recorded by the Meta pixel installed on the Site, which may include contact identifiers in irreversibly hashed form — such as your email or phone number — where you have provided them in a form.
• Conversion and business lifecycle events (for example, the submission of an interest form or the engagement of a service), communicated from our servers and our CRM with hashed identifiers, for campaign measurement and optimization.

Meta processes this data under its own privacy policy (https://www.facebook.com/privacy/policy/).

Your choice: users accessing from the European Economic Area or other regions with equivalent consent requirements will see a consent banner, and these technologies will only be activated if accepted. In all other regions, this Policy constitutes the disclosure of such processing, and you may object at any time by writing to [email protected] or by managing your ad preferences in your Meta account.

6. Cookies

The Site uses three categories of cookies and similar technologies: essential (Site operation, form security and affiliate attribution), analytics (measurement of Site usage and of our campaigns' performance, our own and our analytics and CRM providers') and advertising (Meta's, as described in Section 5). You may configure your browser to reject or delete them — some features may be affected — and, in the regions indicated in Section 5, manage non-essential ones through the consent banner.

7. Retention and security

We retain your information for as long as a business relationship exists and, thereafter, for the periods required by the legal, accounting and tax obligations applicable to the filings performed, or for as long as necessary for the defense of claims. We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures: traffic encryption (HTTPS/TLS), card processing exclusively by PCI-DSS certified processors, access controls, and minimization of the data shared with each provider. No system is infallible; in the event of an incident affecting your data, we will notify you as required by applicable law.

8. Your rights

Depending on the law applicable to you, you may have the right to access your data, correct it, delete it (where no legal obligation to retain it exists), object to certain processing — including personalized advertising —, withdraw your consent where processing is based on it, and to the portability of the data you provided, without suffering discrimination for exercising these rights. To exercise them, write to [email protected]; we will verify your identity before responding within the applicable legal timeframes. Users in the European Economic Area may also lodge a complaint with their supervisory authority. To stop receiving commercial communications, use the unsubscribe link in each message.

9. Minors, third-party links and changes

The Site and the Services are directed at persons over 18 years of age; we do not knowingly collect data from minors. The Site contains links to third-party sites and to other companies of the Firm not covered by this Policy. We may update this Policy; we will publish the current version on this page with its update date and, where the change is material, communicate it through reasonable means.

10. Governing law and contact
